Combine flour and part of the Greek yogurt. Slowly add more Greek yogurt until it is a soft ball of dough that is not too sticky. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more flour.

Carefully press dough onto cookie sheet. You can use a rolling pin but I found it easier to use my fingers dipped in flour to prevent sticking. Sprinkle with additional flour as needed. This takes a bit of patience but is worth the effort to get a crispy crust.

You can also freeze dough at this point, either in a ball or spread thin. Wrap in plastic wrap and then foil. Dough will keep in freezer for several months. Thaw for a couple hours before using.

Pre-bake crust for 5 minutes.

Add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of choice. I like loading my pizza with extra veggies. Turkey pepperoni tastes great and is a good points saver, although lean turkey sausage is another great option.

I used a mixture of fat free and regular shredded mozzarella. I will tell you that I typically hate fat free cheese (which I think tastes like plastic) but when you use it combined with regular, you can’t even tell the difference and you save quite a few points.

Yum! With just 2-3 points per slice, you can enjoy several pieces and still be well within your daily points budget. Serve with steamed veggies or a salad.
